Sleeping

Here I am at 0143 and I just got off the phone with Johnny. He has been hard at work trying to get a black bear this spring. We have been checking the bait stand him and Willy have put up alot. Johnny even got a camera to try and see who is hitting the stand but the thing was not taking pics. Needless to say we are all geting excited to see how big these bears are. Well as I sit home like a nervous mom waiting to hear how her kid is doing at whatever event has taken them from her Im waiting for a his call to check in. Anywhos the call I just got Johnny told me how he fell asleep aroun 2300 to only wake up to a big 6ft black walking away from his stand. DAMN! After he left a "brownish" bear came in to hit the bait and noticed Johnny in the tree stand. Now our trees are only about 9 or so inches around. The bear walked right over to him and I guess scared him a bit. But as he was talking to me he was watching this bear he thought might be a grizz. But without the Grizz hump its a
Cinnamon!!!! Well I told Johnny I loved him and the next call I should be getting is him screaming with excitement about gettin his first bear!

You Okay?

Well summer is in full swing! Johnny and I have just got back from a nice couple of days at my cabin. The boat looks great and we had a ton of food not to mention great views of the lake, swans, beavers tons of fish and watching Rebel try and catch them the whole time we all were out there. We have also been riding and Johnny is only one more fall away from becoming a "real horse person." As Dusty dumped him and then decided to cross the Hwy to come to me. But Johnny was fine just his pride was hurt as the people on the Hwy saw the whole thing and were even nice enough to stop and let Dusty come across the road. Anywhos all is well.

Your Green

Well Summer is here! And Johnny and I are going crazy wanting to get out and get going. My lake is open now (all the ice is gone) and we want to be over at the cabin soo bad. Well Johnny being the great guy he is we decided to paint my grandfather's boat we use to get there all summer. Now this boat is older than me and well 9 hrs after rolling on primer and 3 hrs after using a spray gun to paint the boat Med. Green ( more like John Deere Green not that Im complaining) our pridefull job (pics comming soon) all to find out the hardware store was wronge and the paint comes off if you rub hard on it. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! Anywhos I should have took a picture of Johnny with this white South Carolina shirt that is now green, green hair, arms, hands, I just couldnt bring myself to take a picture after all his hard work. Even if it would have been a good blackmail pic. Anywhos the trees are green the skys are blue and now if we can just get the hell out into it all!

1st Bird!

November 30, 2005 Rebel got his first bird at the old age of 17 weeks.

Rebel

These were taken while we were in Manchester, Tennessee the first few days after we got Rebel. He is so crazy he would run and dive into the leafs all the time. This poor thing didn't know where he lived for the longest time we spent a week here at this place then a week at Johnny's parents before bringing him up here.

I see a dog

This was the first time I have gotten to go Whitetail hunting and it was pretty cool over all. Besides the fact Johnny had me up what seemed like a million feet in the air in a treestand that is. The fact you got to bait your deer was kick ass also. When this boy came out Johnny asked me if I saw the deer across the field and I had seriously been thinking it was a dog. Anywhos at 190 yards head deep in a corn pile one shot from a 7mm this 8 pointer dropped right out of my binoculars view. The first thing I noticed was that he had a huge chunk missing out of his left ear. The next cool thing was we just loaded him up whole and drove to Joey Ramsys Deer processing and dropped him off. $70 and a few days later we had everything done with out so much of a knife coming out of its sheath.

WATER!! WATER!! WATER!!

Whit Carter a friend of Johnnys was nice enough to take us fishing with "Daddys Boat" as his 22 month old son Alex would say. It was a blast we even caught a few fish. This was Alexs first time out with Dad and he did an excellent job. He even kept us entertained from almost dropping a $60 pair of fish grabbers over board to banging the $200 fishing rod on the boat that Uncle John just had to give him. After playing with whatever he could find and start calling WATER! WATER! WATER! It was great Uncle John and I both have now stolen the saying and use it quite often.

Back from South Carolina!

Well all I am back from my trip to SC I got to see all kinds of kick ass shit anyways I will be posting some pics and showing off the new baby as well as other stuff Had a great time Johnnys family was very nice and enjoyed staying with his parents along with meeting the rest of them!
